Orders of in stock items ship in 1-5 days from purchase date, unless item is a pre-sale item or otherwise specified in listing details.
Pre-sale or "reserved" items will specify the expected ship by date in product description.

Orders ship out of Manitoba Canada, and standard shipping is provided via Canada Post. Shipping timelines vary by destination, see below for approximate timelines.

Returns + Exchanges
We gladly accept returns on non customized or personalized items. Please contact us to initiate your return request and provide us with the return shipping information.
Return shipping cost and arrangements are the responsibility of the purchaser and will not be refunded.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Damaged or Defective Goods

Our items are limited quantity and small batch products, and many handmade. Therefore, there may be minute differences or slight size variances which can occur in handmade products.
